Make exclusion extinct
Each and every one of us deserves to be our true authentic selves. To be naturally inclusive, we need a mindset shift. We need to unlearn our conscious and unconscious biases and forge new inclusive behaviors. There is no stopping until no one is excluded and the need to preach inclusion is out of the picture.
I actively champion the purpose of inclusion and diversity. I am proudly a member of a colorful community that faces discrimination even today and this motivates me to contribute to promoting inclusion.

Some of my D&I activities
As a core member of the Diversity and Inclusion organization at SAP, I worked to improve workforce diversity and promote a culture of inclusion.
I conducted workshops called 'Breaking Generational Myths' to improve generational inclusion at SAP. The aim was to increase the generational intelligence of the workforce and improve cross-generational collaboration. I have conducted more than 10 workshops, in-person and online, and all of them received a rating of 4.6+ of 5.
